Tsim Sha Tsui is one of the most famous districts for shopping and business on Kowloon side. It is located at the tip of the Kowloon Peninsula across Central. Because of the magnificent views of Central and Wan Chai from the waterfront promenades. There are many 5 star hotels and luxury shopping centers that is located right at the water promenades in the main part of Tsim Sha Tsui, but not much residential area along the water promenades.
On the west side of Tsim Sha Tsui, a stretch of land reclaimed was opened to development in the late 20th century and now it is named West Kowloon or the Kowloon Station. This newly developed area has almost everything that one would need. There is a luxury shopping center: Elements, cinema, lots of restaurants, 5-Star hotel, Kowloon Station, and many new high rise residential with magnificent view of the Hong Kong Island.
