North Point Hill is the upscale residential area of North Point. It is a tranquil and low density residential area, where many of the property have sea views or mountain views. North Point Hill is considered a high-end residential area in the North Point area with some stand alone buildings and some upscale estates. There are a few large housing complexes around Choi San Woo Park with the greenery view of the park

North Point consists of North Point, Tin Hau and Fortress Hill. North Point and Fortress Hill is a very densely populated area with many large but old high-rise buildings. Whereas Tin Hau is more spacious in comparison with both new and old apartments and some new commercial high-rise buildings and hotels. Electric Road is filled with local restaurants which many residents in North Point find very convenient and attractive.
